· 10% off of all other inventory
· 10% off of all other services
* Excessive Calculus charges may apply for pets having their first cleaning, or if cleanings are not performed on an annual basis, as recommended.
* A $30 surcharge applies for pets 26-50 lbs, and $50 for pets > 50 lbs.
* Dental radiographs, extractions, gingival surgery and other services are not included, but the plan discount shall apply.
