Dr. Darius Durr is a native of Cleveland, Ohio. At an early age, he took an interest in the natural world and pursued a Zoology degree and later a doctorate from The Ohio State University. After graduation, he worked in both the private and corporate sector in both Ohio and southern California.
Elizabeth brings heart, leadership, and a family-focused environment to our hospital. With a deep love for pets and genuine care for their owners, she ensures every visit feels welcoming and personal. Her passion shines in everything she does—from supporting the team to building lasting relationships with pet owners and their furry family members.
Dr. Cheeto is a key member of the Shelter Island team. He greets all of our patients and owners. He can't wait to meet you!
